About us
How it all began
Our story began in 2006, when our life paths came together. Today, 17 years later, we have come a long way together, from our initial meeting in Brno, to a football engagement at CSKA Moscow, to working together in an office.
In our marriage, we had two daughters, Nikola and Ella. Our family also includes a female Golden Retriever, Baileys Maybe Angels, and more recently an English Thoroughbred, Valdez one, and dwarf rabbits, Lilly and Clara.
During our active football careers, we each dedicated ourselves to our professions, in which we always supported each other. Luboš football and Veronika developing companies, which are focused on working with children. After Luboš's playing career came to an end due to a serious and unfortunately permanent knee injury, we decided to combine our experiences and ideas into one and started working together full time in 2016.
Together, we are behind projects that have in many ways exceeded our expectations and we are proud to look back. We take sincere joy in all that has taken a lot of effort, but which has resulted in the satisfaction of all those who have stood with us on all these projects. Children's interest groups, floorball tournaments, dance competitions, interest group festivals, English kindergartens, football camps or golf tournaments are all firmly linked to us and we and our amazing team of staff have always put all our energy, ideas and most importantly our hearts into all of them.
9 years ago we started helping children's homes and in 2019 we established the KROUŽKY DĚTEM Endowment Fund so that we can continue our charity work together with everyone who wants to lend a helping hand. Andwe are committed to materially helping seriously ill children, nursing homes and orphanages.
Football Camp, New Challenges and Goals
Already in 2015 we tried our first working beginnings together, when the idea of starting our own football camp was born. We both went into it with a passion that is not lacking in anything we do that makes sense to us. In 8 years, nearly 750 kids have attended our camp, many of whom return year after year. Camp has become a part of our lives, and year after year we push it further and further. From there, it was just a small step to the cooperation that started after Luboš's playing career ended.
We found that we enjoy organizing different events and projects, in which we can realize our ideas and which are an experience for all involved and at the same time a memory of meaningful time spent.
We enjoy working with children. We enjoy their immediacy, sincerity and joy in every experience. We enjoy planning the children's schedule, watching them progress, whether athletically or humanly, we enjoy hearing all the stories and dreams, but most of all we enjoy the enthusiasm and smiles of children enjoying every moment and spending their free time in a meaningful way.
From the children, we of course began to move towards the parents, among whom we found business ties, but also many friends who have remained with us to this day.
We managed to work with the children very well indeed, and so very often we began to hear from parents and business partners that we could also focus on some activities for adults. So gradually an idea started to emerge that led us on a new life journey almost 3,000 km away from our home country and took us all the way to Spain. Luboš moved from football courses to golf courses and a new idea was born.
What is important to us?
Our work is very diverse and, most importantly, we really enjoy it. From the first moment we knew we wanted to approach our work differently. For most activities we are present ourselves, we have a say in all implementation and organizational matters. We make decisions with our hearts and our minds at the same time. We place great emphasis on personal connections and access. We put our intuition and our experience to work, but we also listen to the recommendations of others. We are on the same page with business partners, parents, children, and employees. Feedback is very important to us. However, we have to admit that we have our head in a lot of things and if our heart decides more than our head, we will always put that feeling
When organizing any event or project, we are committed to precise and honest work, communication, friendliness and courtesy. However, we also require these qualities from others. It is important to be one team in every situation.
When working with children, especially in sports activities, we emphasize that the activity is an experience for the children. We want them to respect each other, to be able to accept defeat and to enjoy the little things. To have the opportunity to train with children at different performance levels and to have comparisons for themselves. We want them to know that no success is free and you have to work hard for it. That soccer, or any sport for that matter, must be fun, fulfilling and make them happy. We are excited about the new friendships that have been formed and the desire and desire of many children to continue to pursue their sporting dreams.
We do not forget about the parents, who are an important part of our imaginary family. However, they are also the ones who give us the impetus to implement new and novel ideas. Knowing that everyone has different needs, we are not afraid to venture into anything we are passionate about and see meaning in. Even when working with adults, we always try to find a common path so that both parties are satisfied.
Last but not least, we have a large number of business partners who have been walking the path with us for several years now. Many of them have become our friends and are solid and important links in the implementation of various events and projects.
We follow the motto once uttered by the famous actor Mr. Jan Tříska: When you do things with love, you give people around you a lifetime memory that you were there for them.
We look forward to whatever new things await us.
