WHICH PLAYGROUNDS ARE PREPARED FOR YOU?
Golf Etiquette
Golf clubs require certain rules from players, which may be different on different courses. Some golf cubes, especially those in Sotogrande will require you to follow golf etiquette strictly, others will be more benevolent. However, the basic rules are common across all golf clubs here in Spain, so it is important to remember and follow them.
CLUB RULES
- Some clubs have a minimum HCP, without which it is not possible to play. We recommend that you always find out this information before you decide to book a tee time. We always list the HCP on our website for each golf club.
- The pace of play on the golf course is monitored by the marshall and must be respected by all players.
- Buggies and trolleys may only be used on designated paths. Never drive on tees or greens.
- Peace and quiet is required on every course, as golf requires a lot of concentration.
- The use of mobile phones is not explicitly prohibited, but should always be used so that any calls do not disturb other players. However, if you can handle calls later, please do so.
- Tee times are usually booked in 10 minute increments, always be well in advance on the 1st hole.
- Pets are not allowed on most courses.
